春光明媚的周末，华协会长伟玲和一行九位华协志愿者不辞劳苦驾车远赴西雅图参加了三城联盟（斯波坎，西雅图和波特兰）的新书发布会！回顾2020-2021年两年，虽然疫情迫使华协无法举行往年的聚会，但华协在疫情期间仍然做了许许多多的关怀的活动。其中极有意义的项目是资助一本记载两年疫情点点滴滴事迹的书“抹不去的痛-见证2020-2021”。2020-2021年有太多甜酸苦辣，很多家庭经受了悲欢离合。有什么比记载一点一滴的事迹更有意义的呢？在作家融融带领的西北华文笔会的众多志愿作家共同努力下，这本珍贵的书在短短的几个月内完成，笔会在众多的投稿中挑选了50篇精英投稿，斯城的数位朋友的热心投稿都入选了。四月二十三日）新书发布会在西雅图成功举办！感谢华协舞蹈队的五位姐妹表演了五个精粹的舞蹈庆祝书成功出版！感谢两位司机任劳任怨专程开车。感谢作家融融的统筹工作-征稿，修改文书，排版，印刷，还有发布会的场地，嘉宾，表演….在融融带领的西北华文笔会的众多志愿作家的共同努力下，这本珍贵的书在短短的几个月完成，成功出版！

Happy Lunar New Year from the Spokane Chinese Association! What a great way to kick off the year of Tiger with the lunar new year celebration in downtown Spokane. The event has brought not just the Asian communities, but all of people in Spokane together!
After 89 years, the lunar new year celebration was brought back to downtown Spokane this year. I want to thank hundreds of volunteers and performers for their tireless effort of making the Feb 5 lunar new year celebration a huge success.
Thank you, all community partners for making the lunar new year celebration a reality! And thank all of you who have come to this joyful event!
We wish you and your family a vigorous and prosperous year of Tiger!
