SCA宗旨/Mission：

Spokane Chinese Association is a non-profit organization that connects and unites people of Chinese heritage in the Greater Spokane area with the purpose of fostering stronger community connections and pursuing a more enriched quality of life.
To fulfill this, we will:
1.     Promote Chinese culture by organizing activities and events to preserve the unique cultural heritage within our community. Actively participate in multicultural events in Greater Spokane area.
2.     Advance communication and friendship among Chinese community members and enhance outreach to newly arrived Chinese families and individuals.
3.     Coordinate Chinese community members to contribute their professional knowledge, talents, and energy to the larger community of the Greater Spokane area and assist local governments in creating an environment for Chinese people to live peacefully and safely.
 
斯波坎华人协会是一个连接与团结大斯波坎地区华人的非营利组织。其目的在于加强社区内部联系以及与外部联系，追求更丰富和更高质量的生活。
为此我们将：
1．          组织活动保持以及推广中华文化的特色，积极参与社会的多元文化活动
2．          增强华人之间的友谊和联系，尽力把新来的华人家庭与个人介绍给社区
3．          协调华人把专业知识与特长贡献给大斯波坎地区，并协助当地政府确保华人有一个安全祥和的生活环境。
